Refund Policy
We don't provide any refunds, we only exchange. Firky has 0 Days Refund Policy.
At Firky, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
0-Day Refund Policy: Firky offers a 0-day refund policy. This means that we do not provide cash refunds for any order. However, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for the product if needed.
Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 0 days of receiving your order. You can reach out to us through our customer support team or by emailing us at firkybybejo@gmail.com Please provide your order number and a brief description of why you are requesting an exchange.
Exchange Options: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You can choose a replacement item of equal or lesser value from our available stock. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees for exchanges unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you, including shipping fees.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to our exchange policy.
By making a purchase on the Firky website, you agree to abide by our exchange policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation before delivery /shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):
Prior to delivery/shipment of your order, you can at any time, cancel the order by logging into your account on the Platform and by tapping on ‘My Account’ section of the Platform.
You cannot cancel any specific product(s) inside the order. In case of such a cancellation, the entire order will be cancelled.
In the event that the product or order has been delivered to you, the terms of the Exchange policy shall be applicable to such product(s) or order.
We shall intimate our approval/disapproval of your cancellation request via email or text.
Once request for cancellation of an order is placed, we cannot undo such cancellation request. In such a case, you will have to replace the order again.
In case the order is cancelled while the order is in transit, we shall process the exchange only once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
As a part of cart offer or any discount offer if a user has purchased one product along with another product, and during cancellation of the same, all the products purchased through the same cart offer would get cancelled.
For product(s) purchased through specific cart offer or any other discount offer inside the order, if any of the product gets delivered to the user, then cancellation will not be applicable for all the other products tagged under same cart offer.
- Exchanges for the cancelled orders/ Length of the exchange process:
In case of cancellation before delivery/shipment, we process the exchange within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the exchange only once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are cancelled, then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on that order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the exchange.
- What if I used discount vouchers during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
- Returns and Exchanges
- How do I return an item purchased on Firky?
Firky offers its customers an ‘Easy Exchange policy’, wherein you can raise a request for the exchange of any individual product in your order or you can return all the products in your order, within 3 days of its delivery, by logging into your account and by tapping on the ‘My Account’ section of the platform. However, please note that a return request can be made only once per order.
In the event that a user who has checked out of the Platform as a ‘guest’, intends to initiate an exchange/ cancellation request, can do so by registering with us i.e., by creating an account on the Platform using the same email ID and/or phone number used to check out of the Platform as ‘guest’. Upon creating an account, the user shall be required to sign in to our Platform and further by tapping on the ‘My Account’ section of the Platforms all the order placed by the users shall be reflected, through which the user shall be able to raise an exchange/ cancellation request for one or all the products of the order.
Please return your product(s) in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies and with the original receipt. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it. Please note that if an incorrect product(s) is handed by you to our courier service partner, we shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
Once the original product(s) has been received at our warehouse and the quality check has been carried out, the exchange for the original product(s) will be processed, as applicable.
For all those pin codes, where pickup service is available by reputed couriers, the return pickup time would be within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and other holidays), however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the pickup of your product due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control, for which we shall not be liable and would request you to cooperate with us as we continuously try to reduce such instances.
- Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Serial Number is tampered with.
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
- Product is used or altered
- If request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery
- Free product provided by brand
- Receipt of a damaged or defective item/wrong product in the order, how must one proceed?
Firky ensures that the shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit or if you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can request for a exchange by logging into your account and by tabbing on the ‘My Account’ section of the Platform.
We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days and will initiate the exchange process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. We do not offer replacements.
- Can I return part of my order?
Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate an exchange for any individual item.
Kindly ensure that the shipping address and the return pickup address are the same. However, in the event that the products are gifted to another person, we understand that the shipping address and the billing address maybe different.
- Exchanges for the returned orders/ Length of the process:
In case of a return, we process the exchange once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or combined /promotional offer(s), are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the exchange.
